In this summer season of O.W.N. I.T.

  • Dream it.

    It all begins with a goal. On Day 1 of the summer, June 20th, you will set a personal goal for yourself to achieve this summer. In this series, we are choosing 1 area of life that you want pour your time and energy into every day for 90 days. Maybe you want to kick-start a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Maybe you want time to build a mindful or wellness practice. Or, improve a relationship. Whatever it is, through O.W.N. I.T. you will have the support and tools to achieve it.

  • Support it.

    We meet weekly for 1 hour sessions (Monday at noon PST) to share our progress, celebrate our wins, and navigate any walls that often come up in goal achievement. Each meet-up will also feature a mindful wellness practice (meditation, movement, or time for goal achievement).

  • Achieve it.

    Through the O.W.N. I.T. process, you will learn to align mentally, emotionally, physically, and mindfully with your personal goal of choice. And through the accountability and support you receive, you have a 95% chance of gaol achievement success.
