5 Books To Read If You Are Ready To Heal in 2025

If you are ready to heal, really heal {emotionally, physically, mentally, and/or spiritually} you need to feed your mind with words that both spark emotion and generate new ideas of ways to heal. This spark, this ignition of new thoughts, drives inspired action. And the action that you consciously take leads to powerful and positive change.

Our minds are habitual. Our thoughts create grooves that are difficult to get out of, which is why it is so important, especially when you are healing, to shake shit up. And thanks to neuroplasticity, our brains natural ability to shift and evolve, we are able to take control of creating new thought patterns that are holistically healing! And what better way to care for our mindsets, and create new thought grooves, than to dive into inspiring words by incredible authors.

This list of 5 books to read when you are ready to heal are some of my all time favorites. I purposely chose books both newer and older that will give you a range of healing expertise and styles. These are the books that I have personally used to heal, that have helped coaching clients and friends heal, and that I would whole-heartedly suggest to you. Listen on your drive, ritualize a night routine to read, or find some quiet time for yourself to nurture your mind and nourish your body.
